Quality Outcomes' newest service in its comprehensive patient satisfaction survey program, Benchmarking reports, provides participating firms with a satisfaction survey score to compare their results to national averages among the other firms using the system.
Reports provide a broad overview of performance and direct comparisons through individual survey questions for identifying trends and documenting issues and resolutions.
